About: SodexoMAGIC, the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo, is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for Paterson Public Schools in Paterson, NJ. SodexoMagic delivers food, facilities management, and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and aviation lounges, with a focus on creative solutions and community partnerships. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year minimum management experience; strong culinary background with the ability to stay current with trends; excellent leadership and communication skills; strong coaching and employee development skills; passion for food and innovation
