Position: Food Service Lead (LTNP, PCN 20-N24016)
About: The Lemon Creek Correctional Center located in Juneau, Alaska, is seeking a Food Service Lead to supervise inmate workers in food preparation and serving of approximately 650 meals per day in a secure and efficient manner. The Department of Corrections provides secure confinement, reformative programs, and supervised community reintegration to enhance community safety with a commitment to professionalism and respect for all involved.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food service or kitchen operations preferred; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work cooperatively in a secure environment; attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements accurately
