Position: Food Service Director/Chef (Education Account)
About: AVI Foodsystems, a well-established food service company founded in 1960, is seeking a Food Service Director/Chef for a local High School in Toledo. This position offers a Monday-Friday day-shift schedule with occasional evening/weekend shifts and summers off. Requirements: 3 or more years of food service management experience; a background as a chef or trained in culinary arts; demonstrated success in managing and developing teams; proficiency in financial aspects including budgeting and interpreting results; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to conduct high-level client meetings and presentations; strong computer knowledge; willingness to take a hands-on approach with leading the business; self-motivation and positive attitude
