Position: Food Service Director
About: MMI Dining Systems at University of Mobile is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee menu planning, food production, and special events to create a fun dining environment for college students. The ideal candidate should have hospitality experience, culinary skills, and leadership qualities.
Requirements: Culinary experience as a chef, manager, general manager, or director in the food service industry; effective communication and strong leadership skills; experience in purchasing, food production, and P & L management; ability to manage a friendly and efficient staff; passion for providing high-level service
