Position: Food Service Chef – Executive – (OCONUS)
About: This position is for a leading food service team in an overseas location. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Serve-Safe standards, planning and directing food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff activities. This role involves administrative duties and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements: Must have either: An Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, with a minimum of five (5) years non-supervisory experience in the food service industry AND have a minimum of five (5) years of Executive Chef experience in large food service operations providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operations, or a minimum of five (5) years non-supervisory experience in the food service industry AND have a minimum of seven (7) years of Executive Chef experience in large food service operations providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operations. Experience leading and developing a food service team; Provide complete, high-quality meal service; Have overall ability and willingness to work in a challenging food services environment; Responsible for maintaining Serve-Safe standards; Possess an active Secret clearance or higher
