Position: Food Safety & Brand Standards Specialist

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality Management, Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or other Science degree) with at least one year of experience in food service, restaurant, or grocery operations; Associates degree with at least four years progressive experience in food service, restaurant, or grocery operations; High School diploma from an accredited school or GED and at least five years progressive experience in food service, restaurant, or grocery operations; Meet the requirements to obtain CP-FS certification within 1 year of hire; Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays and evenings as needed (including 2 weekend days/month); Desire to travel up to 50% of the time; Ability to lift 32 lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching; Ability and desire to influence others with tact and skill as well as provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner; Thrives in an autonomous working environment; Strong technical knowledge of food safety preferred; ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus; Must pass pre-employment background screen; Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search
