Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment; Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system; Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment; Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law)
