Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury setting; Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays; Excellent communication and organization skills; Must be able to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation; Able to work collaboratively with colleagues; Pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner; Maintain clean personal hygiene and grooming; Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner; Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Consistently delight and satisfy guests; Handle guest requests thoroughly.
