Position: Food Production Manager 1
About: Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 to join our food services team at LHP Mountainside Food located in Montclair, NJ. As part of the Ardent Health System, the Food Production Manager 3 will manage the patient and retail food production operation at this 365-bed community hospital.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; oversight of day-to-day operations; coordinate tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff; deliver high-quality food services; achieve financial targets; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; ensure compliance with standards; interact with patients and clinical team; create a positive environment; prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
