Position: Food Operations Manager 2
About: Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for The University of Vermont located in Burlington, VT. The Food Operations Manager will oversee the Central Campus Dining Hall, the largest dining center servicing over 6,000 students daily. The role involves providing leadership and supervision for on-site food service staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and implementing business practices to uphold company values and commitments.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience: 2 years; Minimum functional experience: 2 years in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
