Position: Food Operations Manager 2
About: Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Bridgeport Hospital located in Bridgeport, CT. The manager will oversee a team of 100 employees and manage the unit’s At Your Request (AYR) Room Service program, serving 1000-1200 patient trays per day on the main campus, focusing on quality and presentation of the national patient menu.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
