Position: Food Fanatic Chef – Chicago
About: The Food Fanatic Chef (FFC) role at US Foods involves direct customer consultation, building innovative partnerships, involvement in the local restaurant community, advancement of the food culture, leading culinary vision, and contributing to the Food Fanatics program.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a high degree of written and verbal communication skills; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required; Completion of a comprehensive training/on-boarding certification program mandatory; Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience including a comprehensive culinary background necessary; Expert level of product knowledge/technique required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Chef Certification and Memberships in Local and National Culinary Organizations a plus; Prior sales or sales support experience beneficial; Design and facilitation of training programs experience needed.
