Position: Food Fanatic Chef – Bismarck, ND
About: The company is seeking a Food Fanatic Chef (FFC) who will be responsible for customer consultation, relationship building, involvement in the local restaurant community, developing meaningful relationships with customers, advancing the food culture of the organization, leading culinary demonstrations, identifying culinary trends, and supporting the growth of Exclusive Brands.
Requirements: High degree of written and verbal communication skills; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Completion of a comprehensive training/onboarding certification program; Refined organizational and project management skills; Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with a comprehensive culinary background; Thorough knowledge of culinary, foodservice, and hospitality fundamentals; Expert level of product knowledge/technique; Prior sales or sales support experience; Design and facilitation of training programs experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Chef Certification and Memberships in Local and National Culinary Organizations a plus
