Position: Food Fanatic Chef
About: US Foods is seeking a Food Fanatic Chef to join their team and play a vital role in customer consultation, relationship building, and driving culinary innovation. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support sales growth and advance the culinary culture within the organization. The Food Fanatic Chef will be a key contributor to promoting exclusive brands and culinary training initiatives, while actively engaging in the Food Fanatics program and industry connections.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a high degree of written and verbal communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; completion of a comprehensive training and on-boarding program; at least 7 years of relevant work experience, including a culinary background; thorough knowledge of culinary, foodservice, and hospitality fundamentals; expert level of product knowledge and technique; experience in sales or sales support; design and facilitation of training programs; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Chef Certification and Memberships in Local and National Culinary Organizations are optional but advantageous.
