Position: Food & Beverage QA Manager (Mandarin)
About: Our international team is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager with over 10 years of experience in quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands. This full-time position will directly report to the Head of U.S. Business Division, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with U.S. state laws and regulations, overseeing supplier quality management systems, conducting food safety inspections, and managing quality improvement processes. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Food Science, 10+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with U.S. food safety standards, and proficiency in food production technology and quality management standards. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills are essential, along with fluency in Mandarin and English.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Engineering or Food Science; at least 10 years of experience in quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands; familiarity with U.S. food safety and regulatory standards in F&B industry; proficient knowledge of food production technology and quality management standards, including FSSC22000, BRC, HACCP, ISO22000; strong document drafting and editing skills; possession of strong logical thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, organizational and planning abilities, high responsiveness, and proactivity; English as working language and fluent in Mandarin
