Position: Food & Beverage Project Manager

Requirements: Minimum three (3) years project management experience; Strong understanding of FOH applications and related projects; Experience within the casino/gaming, hospitality industries preferred; Previous experience with Aristocrat, IGT, and/or Konami is a plus; Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inform diverse stakeholders; Previous experience interfacing with executive-level stakeholders; F&B experience is a plus; Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues; Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and manage risks effectively
