Position: Food & Beverage Operations Manager
About: ASM Global is the preeminent management and content partner with over 350 venues worldwide. The Broward County Convention Center is undergoing an exciting time of change and growth with a new expansion nearing completion in 2025. The Savor F&B team is looking for a dynamic F&B Operations Manager to oversee banquets, retail/concessions, and bars at the facility.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; Three plus years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum three years of management experience in a food and beverage facility; Serve Safe (for Managers) certification preferred; Strong orientation to customer service; Results-oriented individual with budget management skills; Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to undertake multiple tasks; Strong written, verbal, and people skills; Bilingual – English/Spanish – a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office
