Requirements: Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel operation; High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions generated by computer; Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products; Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages; Basic computer skills; Budgetary analysis capabilities
