Position: Food & Beverage Manager — Annual Salary $90K
About: Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Brick & Beam restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located near San Francisco landmarks including Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, and the historic network of cable cars, offering convenient accommodations in Fisherman’s Wharf.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in full service restaurants or hotels; Experience managing banquets; Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing; Familiar with Micros system; Familiar with scheduling and payroll; Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; Ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations; Effective problem-solving skills; Ability to work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions
