Position: Food & Beverage Manager
About: Wawa, a renowned food and beverage establishment, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FBM plays a key role in executing fresh food programs while ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines, maintaining a safe and appetizing environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; leadership experience required, with a preference for leadership experience in a food service environment; flexible availability including weekends and holidays; ability to work 35-40 hours per week; experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; proficient in store operations, including food service; proven ability to implement change effectively and achieve results; Serve Safe Certification; exceptional customer service, relationship building, communication, and training skills
