Position: Food & Beverage Manager
About: The Gary SouthShore RailCats is seeking an energetic and creative individual to join their Food and Beverage Department, ensuring exceptional customer service, safe serving of alcoholic beverages, and maintaining food quality and sanitation standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a hospitality-related field or sports entertainment industry; Experience in hospitality, event management, or facility management fields; Effective communication with management team, guests, and team members; Ability to work independently or in a team environment, prioritize, and handle multiple projects; Strong attention to detail; Availability to work extended shifts, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays during the season; Physical ability to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout the shift
