Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Leadership experience required, leadership experience in a food service environment preferred; Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work 35 – 40 hours per week; Experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; Serve Safe Certification; Proven skills in Customer Service, Relationship Building, Effective Communication, and Training
