Requirements: High school or equivalent education strongly preferred; minimum of two years’ experience in hotel or resort kitchen required; experience managing a kitchen, developing staff, and managing food costs required; must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; good communication skills, both verbal and written; basic computational ability; ability to create appropriate buffet displays and handle culinary techniques; financial background with revenue enhancement and fiscal management abilities; intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
