Central Amusement International (Luna Park in Coney Island) is looking to add a Food and Beverage Assistant Operations Manager to their team to manage all areas of operation and act as a brand representative by ensuring standards of quality and service are maintained.
Requirements: Enthusiasm, energy, positive attitude; Customer-oriented culture; Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role; Knowledge of business and management principles and practices; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to Food & Beverage; Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays
