Position: Food & Beverage Assistant Manager (PM Ravello)
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a dedicated and passionate Ravello Assistant Manager to join their team. The resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service and unique experiences to guests, embodying the Golden Rule. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing leadership support in the high-volume, award-winning Italian restaurant, Ravello, catering to families and guests passionate about food and beverage.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in a fine dining restaurant setting; Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff training and development; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of wine, spirits, and Italian cuisine; Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
