Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in fine dining; Ability to lead, motivate, and discipline employees; Knowledge of quality food preparation methods and wine/spirits; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; Fluent in English; Legal work authorization in the United States
