Position: Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures; ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts; knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and guests; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
