Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older; Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required; Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members; Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed; Work both independently and with a team; Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot; Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes; Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes; Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; Climb up and down ladders; Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds; Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary; Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed; Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present; Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.; Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
