Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 4-7 years of Food and Beverage management experience in a fine dining setting preferred; ServSafe certified; budgeting and inventory management experience required; excellent English language proficiency; strong problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to supervise multiple employees in a high-volume environment; exceptional customer service skills; knowledge of basic sanitation and computer operations
