Requirements: Expert knowledge of the food and beverage industry; 3-5 years of restaurant management or team lead experience and/or 1-5 years of previous management experience; strong understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations; motivated, memorable, and courteous demeanor
