Position: Food and Beverage Department Head

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management in upscale hotel or restaurant settings, including coaching and development; Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent industry work experience; Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beer; Proficiency in Micros; Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
