Position: Food and Beverage Analyst – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: The F&B Analyst will be responsible for supporting all analysis in the Food and Beverage divisions at the Caribe Royale Orlando and Buena Vista Suites Orlando. The role involves running various reports, assisting in forecasting, developing templates, managing invoices, and engaging in ad-hoc projects with good presentation skills.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality is required; 2+ years of experience as an Analyst; Strong analytical skills; Proficiency in mathematics; Report writing and presentation skills; Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills; Basic knowledge of F&B operations and planning procedures; Ability to communicate in English; Strong problem solving abilities; Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets; Experience using Microsoft Office; Ability to work flexible schedules.
