Requirements: Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; experience in staff selection, training, and management; familiarity with labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; ability to lead and develop team members effectively; capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and more.
