Position: Floating General Manager
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a Floating General Manager for one of their hotel properties in specific markets. The Floating General Manager provides coverage and support to General Managers for off days, vacation days, or other absences. This role also involves short-term assignments across all properties in the assigned market, including tasks like local marketing, staff training, and quality assurance improvements as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles; high school diploma preferred; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and functioning automobile; proficiency in English language; strong computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations; ability to work long hours, handle multiple activities, and make effective judgments in front office operations; salesmanship and understanding of the competitive landscape
