Position: Floating General Manager
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a Floating General Manager to provide coverage to General Managers for off days, vacation days, or other absences in one of their hotel properties in various markets. The role also involves short-term assignments across all properties in the assigned market, including tasks such as local marketing, staff training, and quality assurance improvements directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles; high school diploma or equivalent; possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a functioning automobile; ability to read, speak, write and understand English; general computer proficiency; flexibility to work long hours and travel as needed; ability to make effective judgments in various operational situations; salesmanship and knowledge of local competitive landscape
