Position: Flight Support Concierge
About: Propeller Aero Services, Metro Seattle’s newest Fixed Based Operator (FBO) located at Paine Field, is seeking self-motivated individuals for the role of Flight Support Concierge (FSC). The FSC position requires a commitment to excellent customer service and ancillary services for private aviation clients.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent; ability to make prompt decisions following company policies and safety regulations; good communication skills; strong customer orientation; proficient computer skills; previous customer service experience preferred; previous FBO experience a plus; must maintain a professional appearance; must have a valid state Driver’s License
