Requirements: Over 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles; experience in the flavors or food industry is required; proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams; strong strategic thinking and financial acumen; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
