Position: Fitness Attendant
About: Trilogy at Vistancia, in Peoria, Arizona, is a premier club featuring the golf club, the original community centerpiece Kiva Club, and the recently introduced Mita Club. The establishment offers a range of amenities open to the public, including the golf course, V’s Taproom restaurant, Alvea Spa, and events/weddings venue.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; one to three years of direct customer service and hospitality experience required; one to three years of health and fitness related work experience preferred; computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledgeable in fitness club operations; skilled in attentive customer service and calmly responding to guest concerns; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to calculate figures and amounts; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license required.
