Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts; minimum of five years of food production and management experience as a Banquet Chef or similar position in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort; extensive knowledge of Spanish, French/Mediterranean and Italian cuisine; experience implementing new food concepts and menus; good computer skills; working knowledge of inventory management systems; excellent knowledge of FDA and Florida Health Department Rules and Regulations; ability to lift to 25–50 pounds; valid Florida driver’s license
