Position: Fish & Chips Lead Line Cook (Reno)
About: Responsible for maintaining guest service skills and assisting in any area of the kitchen as necessary. The establishment maintains the highest degree of sanitation and safety, oversees production of line employees, and ensures open communication between service staff and cooking staff. Employees must prepare food items to specific standards, maintain proper use of equipment, and embody the core values and mission of the company.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; understanding and compliance with all company and departmental rules and regulations; skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests; knowledge of use, cleaning, and breakdown of equipment; ability to maintain a consistent work speed under normal conditions
