Position: FIRST LINE COOK
About: MotorCity Casino Hotel is a renowned establishment in Detroit, known for providing a great gaming experience. They are now seeking a First Line Cook to join their team and contribute to the culinary excellence of the hotel. As a First Line Cook, you will be responsible for frying, poaching, roasting, and sautéing food items while maintaining strict adherence to proper sanitation practices and fulfilling assigned duties.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service food and beverage operation; basic knowledge in recipe preparation; successful completion of a cooking exam and skills test
