Position: First Cook Lead $29-33/hr.

Requirements: Education: High school diploma; Two- or four-year Culinary Arts Degree or certificate preferred; NRA ServSafe certification required; Minimum of three years supervisory experience; Demonstrated knowledge of large-scale food production techniques and premium quality catered preparation. Skills: Demonstrated leadership, outstanding human relations skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, proficiency in English language, basic math skills, and kitchen equipment operation. Positive work attitude, effective communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
