Position: First Cook
About: Wyoming Horse Racing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to supervise line cooks and prep cooks, ensuring the timely and quality preparation of food. The Chef will maintain high standards of food presentation and cleanliness in the kitchen, collaborate with the Executive Chef, and contribute to menu development.
Requirements: Experience in a commercial kitchen; Ability to follow recipes accurately; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to multitask and work efficiently; Creativity and ability to contribute to menu development; Passion for cooking and desire to provide high-quality dishes; High school diploma or GED; Two (2) or more years of cooking experience; Experienced in food supply systems
