Position: Fine Dining Sous Chef

Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility preferred; various experience levels in different kitchen operations required; valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other compliance trainings required; ability to perform the GILA WAY effectively; excellent guest service skills and strong interpersonal communication skills; understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures and relevant regulations required
