Position: Field Service Team Leader

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience; or Associates Degree in Electrical Theory with 8+ years of experience; or 10+ years of equivalent work/military experience; Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical power systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generators, PDUs, and batteries; Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships effectively; Knowledge of industry standards (e.g. NFPA, ANSI, OSHA); Certifications such as NETA, IEEE, or manufacturer-specific certifications; Experience in a mission-critical environment preferred; Combination of office work and field visits, with approximately 50-60% travel required; Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
