Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous multi-unit restaurant experience; ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing); ability to foster a food safety first culture; passion for team development and leading through others; laser-like focus on the guest experience; ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements; team player with willingness to assist when needed
