Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of restaurant/retail management experience; strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proficient in PC and MS Office Suite usage; commitment to operational and training systems; ability to interact effectively with diverse employees; thorough knowledge and commitment to Chipotle’s culture and values
