Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing discipline required; 7+ years relevant experience required, CPG and/or Grocery Channel experience preferred; Category management skill set required, Category Space Planning experience a plus; Proactive mindset to develop category strategies and translate them into DSMP KPIs; Data analysis and ability to monitor key account performance and develop strategies; Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders; Candidates should possess strong collaborative capabilities, high integrity and ethics, and operate daily with the company’s values in mind; Global mindset with a desire to build a successful career with a growing global company; Excellent written, oral, time-management, and presentation skills; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint necessary; 25% travel for HQ and customer facing meetings
