Position: Fidelity Sous Chef
About: Fidelity Hotel, located at 1940 E. 6th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. Fidelity Hotel is a historic building featuring 97 guest rooms and suites, a full-service restaurant, bar, event and meeting spaces, and a private dining room, embodying Cleveland’s ethos through design, amenities, and community programs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of related experience in the culinary industry preferred; proven track record of managing teams and executing menus; solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to make fast-paced decisions; strong leadership and teamwork skills; excellent time management and autonomy; commitment to learning and personal growth; must prioritize good hospitality and service experience; familiarity with OSHA requirements
