Position: F&B Indirect – Bev Mgmt-Food & Beverage Supervisor
About: Responsible for developing and maintaining high performance teams in the food and beverage area. Maintains proper staffing levels for assigned shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent; Prepares schedules and staffing guides for the food and beverage outlets; Ensures adherence to health and safety precautions in food service; Implements training programs for high-quality guest service; Maintains accurate employee work history documentation; Must have Gaming License, Non-gaming License, Health Card, and TAM Card; Ability to read and comprehend instructions; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards; Must work calmly under stress and be able to stand for extended periods of time
