About: Responsible for developing and maintaining high performance teams in the food and beverage area. Maintains proper staffing levels for assigned shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent; Prepares schedules and staffing guides; Implements training programs for guest service; Maintains payroll costs; Ensures health and safety precautions; Documents employee work history; Addresses employee and guest concerns; Adheres to Collective Bargaining Agreements; Processes requisitions; Ability to read and comprehend instructions; Professional personal appearance; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet company’s standards; Must work calmly under stress; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
