Position: F&B Director, Harborside
About: A luxury resort seeking a Director of Food and Beverage for their Harborside outlets, overlooking multiple high-volume, fine dining operations amidst renovations on a 350-acre property. The ideal candidate must have experience in luxury hotel management, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering Forbes Five Star service levels at all the restaurants and bars under their supervision.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred; at least five years in a related field required with experience in a multi-outlet luxury resort; Sommelier Certification and Food Service Sanitation certification required; Alcohol Service permit (if state required), CPR certification preferred
